Reservee started from a simple observation: most small service businesses still lose appointments to a phone that rings while they're with a client. The tools to fix that have existed for years — the problem is that nobody has time to evaluate, configure and maintain them.

What we actually do

We are not a software platform you have to learn. We are the people who set the system up. You tell us your services, hours and staff; we design the booking flow, build the calendar, wire in reminders and payments, test it, and hand it over working.

Who we work with

Clinics and medical practices, hair and beauty salons, physiotherapists, consultants, restaurants and cafés, and independent service providers around the world — in English, German and French.

How we charge

One-time setup fee with VAT included. No monthly platform fee to us, and no lock-in: everything we build belongs to you, including the data.
